When visiting the site, it is strongly recommended that you take with you evidence/proof of your identity and local residency, otherwise you may find you are turned away. It appears that the site has been used by residents from the London Boroughs; thereby adding unnecessarily to Surrey County Council’s recycling costs and therefore our Council Tax bills. |
